Welcome to Egypt To see pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour as long as your ship docks in one of the main ports in Africa. This time you have harbored at Port Sokhna. Not far from Cairo (just 1,5 h) we will drive from Sokhna Port by a modern-motorized air-conditioned bus crossing the East Desert. Look from the window to be shown the magnificent desert and the mountains. Be refreshed by cool drinks served to you during your journey.
In Museum of the Egyptian Antiquities
Our first stop in the capital of old and new Egypt will be the Egyptian Museum; the oldest, most famous, and largest museums in the world as well as the most important archive of the Pharaoh’s history with its 160,000 rare items on display. Walk into the two floors and listen to your guide to know the value of each artifact. While the ground floor hosts the heavier displays like coffins, huge statues, and stone carvings which were organized according to the historical periods which are the Old Kingdom, the Intermediate Period, the New Kingdom, the Late Period, the Greco Roman Period, and the antiquities of the Nubia; hosts the upper floor of the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities the lighter displays that include gadgets and tools, funerary objects, smaller statues, papyrus papers, wooden coffins, jewelry, and most importantly, the displays of the Tut-Ench-Amun tomb. Explore the ancient Egypt, explore the ancient world!
Lunch time
We will not head directly to Giza but we are going to stop at a high-service local restaurant to eat a typical Egyptian lunch. Try it and you will like it as all our guests do. Savor!
To the Three Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx
The oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Old World is scheduled in our tour. Khufu’s pyramid is perhaps the most colossal single building ever erected on the planet. That’s why it is a wonder! Approximately 2.3 million blocks of stone were cut, transported, and assembled to create the 5.75-million-ton structure. Its sides are accurately oriented to the four cardinal points of the compass. Either it has been built to be a tomb or astronomical observatory; it stands a masterpiece of technical skill and engineering ability. Your eyes will be caught by a massive sculpture of Pharaoh’s head with lion’s body lying beside the Great Pyramid. It is the Sphinx which dates back to the time of King Chephren. Take a memorial extensive photo for the four structures to remind you with your unique day.

Our last stop in Cairo will be not a monument but a crowded and most-popular bazaar. Look through the dynamic colored shops selling everything of the Egyptian civilization. Keep souvenirs for your friends, who are not with you in your tour, and tell them about what you have visited here. Who knows? May be they invite you next year to a tour in Egypt!
