Cancellation Policy in the Day Tours / shore Excursions:

The cancellation is only valid if the notification is made by writing (e-mail). If it canceled before 24 hours from the tour date, you will be refunded the full amount of the trip. Otherwise the paid amount will be withheld by us!
  • Up to 24 hours before the beginning of the activity: full refund
  • Less than 24 hours before the beginning of the activity or no-show: no refund

Cancellation Policy in the tour Package:

1- The Cancellation should happened before 07 days from the departure date. Cancellation should be received by email. In case of cancelation will be subtracted 3% of the total amount received it will deducted by the bank as a transaction fees.
2- Cancellation happened within 07 days from the departure date. In this case the cancellation will be subjected to 100% of the total amount deposit.
