Booking Terms of Use
Following terms and conditions are applicable to every tour offered by FTS Travels:
FTS Travels (“Company”), a member of IATA & ASTA and Egyptian Travel Agent Association (ETAA), is legally licensed by The Egyptian Ministry of Tourism, License A-2428.
Payment Security:
For payment security, you must initially inform us of your request. On the receipt of the request, our company agent will communicate with you to discuss & settle the program and arrangements needed by you and send you the program details for final confirmation. You are then required to confirm the details and pay the amount to the company via PayPal.
Day Tours/Shore Excursions
You can pay the full amount for your Day Tours to our company. If not, you’ll be requested to pay 50% of the total amount via PayPal for flight security or Sleeper Train booking.
Children Policy:
Egypt Excursions offer special fare for children exclusively for the day trips:
Deviations and Changes:
Alterations to the group tours as per the agreed content of the travel description are only permitted if they don’t affect the overall booked trip. Or else, you can take our private tours to make changes to meet all your travel needs.
Complaints:
Any complaints or problems regarding the tour with FTS Travels should be raised at the earliest opportunity so that immediate action should be taken. But after leaving Egypt if you feel unsatisfied with any of our services, you must inform the Egyptian Travel Agent Association (ETAA) to eliminate the problem soon and avoid similar problems in the future.
Acceptance of the agreement:
The contract constituted by the company's acceptance of the client's booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Company. The payment of the deposit or final payment by bank transfer confirms that tour participants are fully aware of and accept all terms and conditions.
Responsibility:
Egypt Tours will exercise the maximum care in protecting our customers and their property, but will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the personal belongings, flight time delays, or injuries.

- Under 2 years old: free of cost
- Between 2 to 11 years old: 50% discount on the total tour cost for an individual except for the tours including flight and accommodation charges.
- Select from our extensive collection of fantastic excursions.
- Collect in the basket or book now.
- Pay the full amount via PayPal or upon your arrival in Egypt.
- Once your booking is done, you’ll get your tour vouchers, pick up timings, etc. via email.
Tipping:
Tips to the staff on duty are not included and are at tour member’s choice.Deviations and Changes:
