Meet our representative and ascend your bus. Enjoy welcome drinks served to you on board and begin your breathtaking tour around the ancient city.

Bibliotheca Alexandrina
What first captures your eyes when you look at the library of Alexandria from far is that it looks like the sun desk and the Planetarium revolves around it. The closer your bus comes; you will make sure your eyes have not deceived you. The triangle of Bibliotheca Alexandrina is formed by the main building, the Planetarium and the conference center. This design is result of worldwide competition among 1400 researches. Enter the main building and stand at the triangle of Callimachus to have an overview of the biggest reading hall in the world. Walk through its passageways to see monumental statuettes and paintings hanging. The library presents you a free guided panorama tour to throw the light on history, techniques, museums, exhibits and main projects. Listen and record!

The Citadel of Qaitbay
Drive along the sea shore to mouth of the eastern harbor of Alex. Notice that the Peninsula leading to the citadel is a popular area with families and fishermen. The citadel, which stands in front of your very eyes, was erected on the exact site of the Lighthouse of Alexandria and even with the same stone. Our guide will take you on tour among the stony walls of the Mameluks monument. Look from the countless small windows to outside and take photos of what you will see.

Lunch time
Hungry? Let’s head to a local restaurant which is famous for its delicious well-cooked fish from the Alexandrian Cuisine. Rice and salads are side dishes. Savor the lunch while you are listening to a quiet music.

Visited Alexandria, the port city and business capital of Egypt. A lot of history and definitely the feel of Greek roman era. our tour guide was with us to make the trip as informative and fun as possible. Only I felt the number of attractions covered in the day trip could be a little more. All in all enjoyed the day! Keep going fts travels and keep spreading smiles

I was very pleased with our guide. He arrived on time to the hotel. It was a wonderful tour. My friend and I learned so much of the Alexandria's history, he was very knowledgeable with the history of the sites.

I throughly enjoy my trip to Cairo all thanks to fts travels. During our time with mohamed he showed himself to be patient, caring and knowledgeable about all the questioned we asked him. He took it upon himself to treat us like family and warn us about suspicious vendors and restaurants. Ultimately, surpassed our expectation of a tour guide and proved himself to be friend.
