Explore Luxor, part of the ancient royal city On this day, we will take time to visit the largest monuments around Luxor, and we assure you that this very special Luxor excursion from Hurghada, will show you everything.
 
Day 1 - Luxor Sightseeing / East Bank:
We will start from your hotel in Hurghada, and take an air-conditioned vehicle to Luxor, where we will first visit the Karnak Temple. This massive complex of abandoned temples, is the largest cult site ever built. Your guide will guide you through the ruins of the site, which has been a site of pilgrimage for nearly 2000 years. You will visit the Luxor Temple. Afterwards, have lunch at a selected restaurant in Luxor. Then board a felucca, a typical Egyptian sailing boat, and take a Nile cruise (optional) to enter the City of the Dead. Free time in Luxor with an optional evening tour to see the amazing sound and light show at the Karnak Temple in Luxor (optional) or an optional tour of Luxor City and the Market. Day 2 - Luxor/Hurghada Sightseeing
After spending the night at your hotel in Luxor, your private tour guide will continue your journey to Luxor after breakfast at the hotel.
You will visit the Valley of the Kings, where the golden treasures of King Tutankhamun are still housed along with the original funerary goods. The Colossi of Memnon will also be on the itinerary. This is a wonderful example of the dedication to the gods, and at the same time, the advanced architecture of ancient Egypt. You will be amazed by the size and beauty of these places. Don’t forget to take some photos for your friends and family back home! You will have all the time you want to explore this site with your personal guide. We will also have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Today, only beautiful ruins remain of this temple, but once built in all its splendor for the sole ruler of Egypt, you will finally be transferred to your hotel in Hurghada.
