Date tour 14/11/2019We had a three-day sail on dahabiya The Orient, and it was blissful and luxurious. With five passengers and an unobtrusive crew of ten, we felt well looked after, and the food was wonderful. We disembarked at Kom Ombo, Edfu, and less well-known places, for tours with our guide.. who was highly educated in Egyptian history and a good companion. Seeing the big cruise ships pass by made us feel very lucky to have such a quiet and personal experience.
