Day 1:
Your 2-day tour from Marsa Alam to Luxor and Cairo starts when you’ll be dropped from your hotel in an air-conditioned car to the Hurghada International Airport. Upon arriving in Cairo, your first stop becomes the Pyramids of Giza. Later, move to visit the Sphinx to see the oldest known monumental sculpture. After lunch, you’ll head to the Egyptian Museum which features the rare artifacts from the Pharaonic period. It displays an extensive collection of 5000 years of Egyptian art, as well as the treasures from Tutankhamen's tomb. In your free time, you can wander through the village. Then, you’ll have the chance to visit the oldest bazaar, Khan El Khalili. At the day end, we’ll take you to the Cairo International Airport to fly to Luxor. On arriving Luxor, our agent will take you to your hotel in Luxor for night stay.
Day 2:
Next morning, your tour starts by visiting the Temple of Karnak, one of the largest temples built by a human. Later, we’ll have lunch in a restaurant and then, we’ll continue to visit the Valley of the Kings where you can find tombs of various kings including the King Tuthmosis I, Tuthmosis III, Tutankhamen, and Ramesses VI. The next stop will be Queen Hatshepsut Temple, which was built in honor of Queen Hatshepsut, the only female ruler of ancient Egypt. In the end, you’ll see the Colossi of Memnon and then, head back to your hotel in Marsa Alam by an air-conditioned car.
