Day 1: Sakkara - Giza Sightseeing
In the morning, our representative will transfer you from your hotel in Luxor by an air-conditioned vehicle to Luxor International Airport for your flight to Cairo to see Cairo Sightseeing Tours. Upon reaching, our guide will accompany you on your tour to Sakkara. Sakkara is a part of the huge cemetery of Memphis and burial place of the ancient Pharaohs where you can explore the first Pyramids constructed in Egypt, Step Pyramid of King Djoser. Also, you’ll visit the Teti Pyramid and tombs in Sakkara. Later, you’ll head to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt to see the gigantic statues of Ramses II and Hathor Temple. Drive to the famous Giza Plateau which houses Egypt’s most famous attractions. Visit the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus, the Valley Temple, and the Great Sphinx. After taking lunch, you’ll be shifted to your hotel in Cairo for overnight stay. You’ll be given the options to attend the wonderful Sound and Light Show at the Giza Pyramids or have dinner on the Nile cruise ship.
Day 2: Cairo Sightseeing
After taking breakfast in the hotel, head to the world-famous Egyptian Museum which houses an amazing collection of more than 120,000 masterpieces ranging from Pharaonic Era to the Greco-Roman Era in Egypt. Later, move to visit the Citadel of Saladin to see the beautiful Mohammed Ali Alabaster Mosque which is regarded as one of the greatest landmarks in Cairo. Next stop is the Coptic Cairo which has some of the early religious monuments such as Hanging Church, etc. Later, enjoy a unique shopping experience at the famous and oldest market in Cairo, Khan El Khalili Market. In the end, we will transfer you to Cairo Airport to fly back to Luxor.
