Tour Details

Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo and take you for your Cairo to Fayoum Oasis Day Tour. You’ll find all the famous attractions near the Wadi El Ryan, known as the best natural oasis in Egypt. Your tour starts from the visit to Wadi El-Hitan (Valley of the Whales), a UNESCO-listed site that contains the 40-million-year-old whale skeletons. On your way to Wadi el-Rayan desert, visit the Tunis Village and Mudawara Mountain. Continue to see the Wadi Al Ryan waterfalls and move to visit Medinet Madi, a site which has remains of the Greco-Roman town. Then, drive to Lake Qarun, one of the oldest natural lakes in the world where fishing and water sports are commonly practiced. Lastly, eat your lunch at a nice restaurant and head back to Cairo.

    A waterfall in the desert.. imagine this! Take the opportunity to visit this place if you have free time, around two hour drive from Cairo. This tour really worth it.
