You can also check out the El Muizz Street which is one of the oldest streets in Cairo showcasing the finest examples of Islamic architecture. Next head to Old Cairo to visit the Hanging Church, also called Al-Mu'allaqa Church. Later, visit the St. Sergius and Bacchus Church which was visited by the Holy Family. End your tour by visiting the Ben Ezra Synagogue where Moses used to pray when Egypt was being attacked by a plague and then, head to the Khan El-Khalili market. In the end, the driver will take you back to your hotel.

Nice place and kept very clean. Easy access from the metro. Don't miss the hanging church and synagogue.
Get a guide - unless you're an expert in history and Egypt in general, you will learn pretty amazing things from a guide - I recommend FTS travels - they know what they're doing. And arrange it in advance!
