Day 1: Welcome to Cairo, Egypt

Upon your arrival your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport in the arrival procedures, then escort you to your hotel in an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, your tour manager will assist you with a smooth check-in and review your vacation itinerary to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids & Memphis and Sakkara

Start your day in Cairo by enjoying breakfast at your hotel. Then, be met by your private guide who will take you to the Giza Plateau to visit the Great Pyramid of Cheops and Mykerinus – the famous Sphinx and Temple of the Valley. After lunch, you’ll visit Sakkara – the Step Djoser Pyramid – and continue to explore Memphis before returning to your hotel.

Day 3: Luxor by Flight- Valley of the Kings

After your breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport to take a domestic flight to Luxor. Once you arrive in Luxor, our tour guide will accompany you to visit the Temple of Karnak. Relax over lunch at a local restaurant. See the impressive Colossi of Memnon, then the Valley of the Kings, and visit the temple of Hatshepsut. and then you will be transferred to Luxor domestic airport to fly back to Cairo where you will be met by our Representative and transferred by private air-conditioned van class to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 4: Egyptian Museum - Old Cairo Tour

Today you will visit the Egyptian Museum with your private guide. After lunch, you will visit a local restaurant. You will continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church then proceed to Islamic Cairo. Explore Khan El Khalili Cairo’s old bazaar. Finally, you will return to the hotel and spend the night in Cairo.

Day 5: Fly Back Home

Breakfast at your hotel. Our representative will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to the Airport and assist you with final Departure formalities.

Know before you go

  • Prices: Price quotes are in US dollars per Room per trip and are valid until April 30. 2023. Please inquire about pricing over Christmas or New Year’s and Easter holidays
  • Tour Availability: Everyday
  • Pickup: depends on your arrival flight time
  • What to send: The names of travelers - A photo of the passport of each person - The international tickets as soon as you book.
  • Children Policy: Up to 2 years: FREE - Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price - Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price - Ages 12 and Up: adult price.
  • Notes: Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent's room) If your tour includes airfare; additional charges for your children may apply.
  • Tipping: Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
  • Booking Policy: We offer a low deposit of only 10% to secure your places on the tour including hotel; cruise cabin; domestic flight ticket and other travel-related services. Then you can get the next 30% a week before the arrival date. The balance can be paid up to in cash to your guide upon arrival at the destination. Therefore your booking is a risk-free investment. We have 2 options for online payment (credit card or PayPal) with no fees
  • Cancellation policy: Cancellation requests should be sent by email to confirm in writing to the company that your reservation should be canceled. If you cancel your trip the following schedule of fees will apply: 1. From the date of booking up to 2 weeks before your arrival the total tour price will be refunded. 2. From the date of booking until 1 week before your arrival 20% of the total tour price will be charged. 3. Between 6 and 1 day before your arrival 100% of the total tour price will be charged."
